This is probably a good metaphor for the internal work I am doing as well."<br /><br />During the first years of my new life, I concentrated on pruning up young trees in hopes for growth, clearing away constricting vines, putting in rocks for protection from the creek waters. Some planting was done, but most of it was already there.
