The Adoptive Families magazine website had (maybe still has) a letter prototype to send to your kid's teachers talking about adoption and how to be adoption sensitive - which might include NOT doing these kinds of projects in the first place. <BR/>Alternatively, you could send in a generic photo of an asian baby - since they all look alike!!!!!!<BR/>On another note, I love pansies. Most winters they would survive from fall in my North Carolina garden.
