Julia's aunt and uncle send two playmobil sets. One is a hospital room and the other an operating room. She had been playing with it since she opened it. 
Another favorite was the kid microphone. Julia is having so much fun with this. 
An so is Daddy. Look at that face as she looks at her Dad.
